  • Overview

    Responsible for coordinating and obtaining security system permits to ensure continued compliance for DEFENDERS installations.

    Responsibilities

     

    • Communicate with field operations teams, city officials, and customers to secure permits and help protect families.
    • Facilitate permits training for Field Operations and Customer Experience team members.
    • Organize and maintain accurate records within all CRM systems.
    • Create and distribute on-time and accurate reporting.
    • Solutions-driven problem solver.
    • Audit and update department SOPs to continually improve processes.
    • Complete special projects as assigned by the Manager of Permit.

    Qualifications

     

    Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates/Bachelor’s degree preferred.

     

    Professional Experience:

    • Proven record of accuracy and attention to detail. Professional verbal and written communication. Competent in Microsoft Office Suite. Capable of typing 60+ WPM.  
    • 0-2 years professional experience.

    Physical Qualifications:  

    • Physical presence in the office during work hours for answering phone calls, obtaining permits, impromptu meetings, and access to information/data necessary for position.
    • Hearing and visual acuity to read text and view computer monitor for up to 8 hours per day.
    • Ability to juggle multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
    • Must be able to sit without interruption for up to 2 hours. May be required to sit up to 8 hours per day.
