This role is responsible for managing schedules, time off requests, and daily job assignments for Field Services while monitoring and adjusting job capacity and security advisor utilization to maximize installation opportunities.
Shift is 2:30p to 11p, one day a week closing 4:30pm – 1am every other week. If working a Saturday, having a day off during the week would be granted.
Education – High school diploma or equivalent.
Professional Experience – Computer literate with the ability to learn Defenders software applications and supporting systems
Minimum Years Experience – 1 year of call center experience, customer facing experience or similar experience in a technical related field preferred
