  • Overview

    This role is responsible for supporting the Funding Resolutions team by processing requests for paperwork, answering questions from other departments and customers, and helping the Team resolve funding issues when needed.


    • Separate all workable unfunded accounts into specific categories.
    • Update customer’s billing information.
    • Conference customer with ADT’s QA department to update account information.
    • Run customer’s credit.
    • Schedule necessary service appointments with customers to fix alarm system/equipment.
    • Research accounts to determine what paperwork is needed to correct issue.
    • Handwrite or email paperwork to customers who need to resign.
    • Assist customers and other departments when calling or emailing inquiries.
    • Remind customers who have been sent paperwork to sign and return it.
    • Prepare incoming paperwork to be sent to ADT.


    Education: High School diploma or equivalent

    Professional Experience: Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

    Minimum Years Experience: 1 year working in an office environment using computers and providing clerical support, with some experience assisting customers.


    Physical Qualifications: 

    • The Funding Resolutions Admin Support Specialist will have physical qualifications that include:
    • Physical presence in the office during work hours for impromptu meetings and access to necessary information/data
    • Must be able to sit for 2 hours without interruption. May be able to sit for 6-8 hours per day.
    • Visual acuity to read text and view a computer monitor for up to 8 hours per day.
