    Job Summary: Leads planning, strategy, tactics and execution of customer acquisition 

    through paid search methodologies including PPC/SEM, display and 

    retargeting. 

    Manages a team to deliver profitable and compliant growth within the 

    channel. 

     

     

    Success Defined:

    Responsible and accountable for achieving annual revenue goals in the Paid Search program.

    Responsibilities

    Success Factors:

    • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) and thought leader for paid search and paid social activities across platforms for the organization.  
    • Leads and ensures the ongoing development for the team responsible for delivering on key business outcomes (Revenue, Expense, Marketing Cost Per Install, Profit Per Install). 
    • Leads optimization of program through analytics, testing and measuring. Leads the planning of monthly and quarterly cross channel A/B and multivariate testing plan. 
    • Compile timely reporting to drive actionable insights for conversion optimization, account structure, day parting and other tactics leadingto efficient consumer acquisition. 
    • Partners with Analytics, Sales, Field teams, and external partners to deliver on desired outcomes
    • Capable and willing to act on his/her own. Seeks responsibilities and takes action without explicit instructions. Brings the game to the Manager of Digital Acquisition.

    Outcome / Measures for Calendar Year - 2018

    1600/month total installs with MCPI of 550 or lower per month

    Qualifications

    Background & Education:

     

    Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Analytics or related fields 

    and/or experience 

    Skills / Background:Google AdWords and Analytics certifications required. 

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and BI tools expected.

    Minimum Years Experience:7 years in Paid Search and digital marketing required, 

    at least 3 of which with managerial experience.
